The gift card experiences that are loaded on to the Techsembly app are separate from the product experiences that are uploaded into the CMS available for purchase on the website.
Please note: This process will need user permissions to be able to access the TS gifts curate dashboard. Please contact your admin for user level permissions.
From the main Admin CMS, navigate and click on 'TS Gifts Curate' on the left hand menu column.
Then within the TS Gifts Curate dashboard, navigate and click on the 'TS Stores' menu
Next click on the relevant blue hyper link 'Store Name' in the stores list that have already been created.

Next navigate to the top right hand side of the screen and click on the 'Experiences' tab to open up the experiences dashboard with all the previously created app experiences. To create a new experiences, navigate to the top right hand side of the screen and click on 'Create Experience' button to open up the configuration window.
Fill out all the relevant configuration windows, making sure the experience has already been created as a product upload resulting in the system having created a SKU for that product as in the example below : SKU: 036701

Prices that are uploaded in products and displayed on the website are NOT LINKED to the experiences in the TS Gifts App, therefore any changes to the name, sku, product price or custom option will need to be manually reflected in TS Stores Experiences
Make sure that the campaign has already be created and is available for you in the drop down menu.

Once you have filled out all the relevant information click 'Save' for new experiences or 'Update' having finished editing a previously created experience
Custom Options in TS Gifts Experiences

Any custom options added to the product in the CMS will need to be loaded as an individual experience with the same SKU and the price will need to be the full price of the custom option, whereas in the product upload detail page the custom option price is added to the product price to be the sum of that custom option that then appears on the website. See below for examples:
With custom options as in the below example of an experience with the following options
The custom options being : 1. Picnic, 2. Fine Wine Pairing, 3. Fine Wine & Dessert Wine Pairing, 4. Champagne & Fine Wine Pairing.
In the product detail page, the custom options are an additional cost that is added to the product price which in the above example is EUR β¬ 1295

The selection on the website of custom option Fine wine & Dessert Wine pairing will be an additional EUR β¬ 90 to the product price of EUR β¬ 1295, resulting in the purchase price of EUR β¬ 1385 as displayed below.
The experience loaded into the TS Stores available on the TS App to be available as an experience to be activated against a physical Gift Card as in the example below.
The resulting experience will be available on the TS Gifts App as a drop down menu to be selected when doing the activation.
Choosing the relevant experience from the drop down menu will apply the correct price that is loaded within the TS Gifts Store Experiences and NOT the product price plus the custom option price.
