Before a gift card can be created, a ‘Campaign Code’ will need to be generated, that allows the gift cards to be specified to a particular store code including the validity and e-mail template that will be sent to the recipient.

From the main Admin CMS navigate and click on the left hand menu tab, which will open up the below dashboard.

Next click on the menu tab 'TS Campaigns', which will open up the below listing menu of all previously created campaign codes.

Clicking on any of the blue hyperlink Campaign code names, will open the configuration window in which to make edits or additions.

To create a new one by clicking on the ‘Create Campaign’ button on the top right hand side to reveal the menu below:

Begin by filling out the required fields from the 'Campaign Name' and 'Campaign Code' attributed to the gift card that is loaded as a product.

The validity dates allow you to specify a start and end date for the campaign, by checking the box marked ‘Date Specific Expiry’. Alternatively if the box is left unchecked, then the remaining filed becomes ‘Max Expiry Days’ allowing you to end a number of days for validity.

Please note! Date validity is independent of gift card validity which can be set or edited in the TS Gifts curate dashboard.

Checking the box 'Allow Pin' will make sure the system generates a Pin code along with the gift card number and which will be needed for the redemption of the gift card.

Continue with selecting the stores that will be attributed to the campaign code. Multiple stores can be selected.

The next two text fields are for the email templates that will be custom-built using HTML for the e-mail gift card notification to be sent, when a gift card is created in the main TS Gift Cards Curate dashboard.

Add the 'From' email that will appear as the sender email when notifications are sent for Activation, Redemption, Top Up emails used on the desktop and in the Techsembly App.

The email address must be certified and whitelisted verified.

You have the option of adding BCC email address, comma separated if more than one.

The following two sections is the subject line for the email notification, with the body of the text that can be loaded as html, before finally clicking 'Save'
