Once a Redemption user has been created, the newly created credentials will need to be linked to the redemption dashboard or TS Gifts App for the redemption of gift cards to be correctly processed.

First make sure your Sub-Admin user level permissions have the required menu tabs assigned 1. 'Users'

and 2. 'TS Front Desk Users'.

If you do not have these permission menu tabs in your CMS dashboard please contact your administrator.

Make sure you have both the newly created Redemption user and the TS Front Desk User already created.

To learn how to add new redemption users please click on the button below:

To learn how to add new TS Front Desk User please click on the button below:

Once you have created both user credentials, use the newly redemption user to login to either the redemption dashboard using the URL: accounts.techsembly.com

Once inside the redemption dashboard, navigate and click on the menu tab 'Settings'

to open up the below configuration window.

Firstly fill out the email and password below which must MATCH EXACTLY the same email and password in the 'TS Front desk User'. Its is this matching that links the two dashboards. Please note These credentials ARE NOT the redemption user login credentials!!

Before saving any entered information, please double check they are correct, as once saved, the windows will be disabled and not allow any changes!!

Next fill in the URL ,which must be the following: https://tsgifts-curate.techsembly.com

Once filled click 'Save' You can now go back in and choose the currency that you would like to redeem gift cards from the drop down menu and click 'Save'

Please note: The currency you choose must be one of the supported currencies added to your storefront. Any currency gift card will use the storefronts currency exchange table applied when making redemptions in a different currency to the activated gift card.
