How to create TS Front Desk User

Learn how to create front desk user credentials for the TS Gift Card

From the main CMS sub-user profile, navigate to and click on the 'TS Gifts Curate' menu tab to open up the TS gift card dashboard.

Next click on the menu tab 'TS Front Desk Users' to open up the user dashboard with a list of all previously created TS Front Desk Users. Next, navigate to the top right hand side of the dashboard and click on 'Create TS FD User'.

This will open up the below configuration menu to fill out.

Add the 'User Name', and the 'User E-mail' which will be used in the settings tab of the Front-Desk dashboard, with the provided 'User Password'.

Please Note: Any redemption user credentials created in 'Users' will need to have their credentials activated in the redemption dashboard 'settings' by adding the same 'User Email' and 'User Password' from the 'Create FD User' account for the redemption dashboard to be active for the user created. Furthermore, any additional 'New Operator' added or any changes will need to same password re-entered before clicking 'Save'

Select either Stores for Version 1 of the front desk dashboard, or continue with the configuration for Version 2 below:

Proceed with filling out the required fields. Choose the storefront for the Version 2 , including the department from the drop down menu.

Next check the boxes, of services needed for the Version 2 Front desk :

Allow Operator : Allows multiple individual operators with personalised pins to be able to perform the actions on the app or desktop front desk.

On checking the check box, a pop up window will appear for the configuration of one or more operators. After adding the names of the operators, and only after clicking 'Save', you must go back into the 'TS Front Desk Users' and click on the recently created user to find out the Personalised Secret Pin number (See Below) against the Operator, in which must be entered on the Front Desk app or desktop in order to successfully perform the services.

Allow Top Up : Allows the app or desktop version to offer the ability to add value to monetary Techsembly (TS) gift cards.

Allow Other Transaction : Allows the app or desktop version to offer the ability to add other services such as Balance check up for the Techsembly (TS) gift cards.

Allow Activation : Allows the app or desktop version to offer the ability activate the Techsembly (TS) gift cards.

With Payment Methods, check the checkbox for two different types of payment methods to be available on the app or desk top front desk version, either by 'Cash' or Via the Clients 'Point of Sale' device.

Once the required configurations have been chosen, finish by clicking the 'Save' button
