**Please Note**

There are two types of users, 'Redemption' dashboard and 'Sub-Admin' dashboard users for the CMS. A user may be created for both dashboards, but NOT both using the same username or password.

The 'Redemption' dashboard is for the express purpose of redeeming, and managing TS Gift Cards only.

The 'Sub-Admin' dashboard is for all other activities involved with the CMS including but not exhaustive of reporting, order fulfilment and product creation.

Both dashboards can be accessed using the same URL: https://accounts.techsembly.com and depending on the username and password created will redirect them to the appropriate dashboard.

Sub-users and Redemption users can be created and edited in the main CMS admin dashboard located on the menu tab as ‘Users’, when clicked opens up the below window, listing all the already created sub and front desk users.

To create a user, clicl on the ‘+Create New User’ on the top right which will open up the below screen.

Begin by filling out the required fields starting with the Full name of the user, their e-mail address which will be used as their username to log into the account, and a password that should be min 8 characters long including a capital letter, symbol and a number.

The role selected should be chosen between 'Redemption' (The credentials will allow access to the front desk or concierge dashboard only) user or 'Sub User'.

Click the ‘Enable 2FA’ (2 factor authentication ) if so desired. Please Note: 2FA will only be applied to Sub-users and NOT for redemption front desk users.

The difference between a sub user : has various configurable levels in which to be able to add or subtract multi-access of the CMS from admin ( all access) to limited assigned menu item access.
A Redemption user : has access to the Techsembly (TS) gift card dashboard in which to redeem or check balance of the gift cards.

When choosing Sub-Users from the above drop down, a preselect 'Persona Role'will appear as in the example below. These options allow for the permission levels to be automatically chosen according to options chosen.

Default: Will leave all permission level empty to be custom selected.

Administrator: Will automatically will select all the permission levels.

Editor: Will automatically select only, Home, Reporting (Inc & Ex PII), Orders, Product Approval, TS Gift Cards, Order Tags & Scheduled Reports.

Fulfilment: Will automatically select only Orders, Active Physical TS Cards & Givex Cards

You still have the ability to custom select or deselect any other permission level regardless of 'Persona' role chosen.

All roles will automatically select all storefront options and campaign code options, which equally may be custom deselected before saving

If the drop down is selected as ‘Redemption’ then the above selected menu items window will appear in which to be able to select which menu items the SubUser will have access to. Selecting all the menu items in effect will make the user an Admin user.

Lastly before saving the User details, select the storefront(s) in the Assigned Stores List where the user will be able to have access with their credentials.

You also have the ability to edit and change users that have already been created, by clicking on the username in the list under ‘Users’ .
On doing so you will be directed to the ‘Edit User’ page as shown below, which includes the box in which to update the password.

The V2 Flow box, when checked allows the 'Redemption' user to access the second Concierge or Redemption version dashboard to be accessed with added menu tabs, 'Top-Up, & 'Activation'

On clicking the ‘Update Password’ box, you will be prompted to enter in a new password, which will be saved, along with any new edits and changes to the user profile when clicking the ‘Save’ button
