To redeem your customer's Gift Card or voucher, you will need to log in to a separate Redemption Dashboard, known as the concierge or front-desk dashboard. Your account manager will create your initial login password from the main admin CMS.
Please note: Only Techsembly (TS) Gift Cards may be redeemed on the Redemption Dashboard. For GiveX gift cards, please refer to the GiveX company redemption guidelines.

Redemption: The redemption user only has access to redeem vouchers, as well as to check balances: https://accounts.techsembly.com/session/new
The dashboard allows your team to complete the following actions: Redeem, Activate, Top-Up & Check Balances, and update the basic settings (login email and password).
To redeem the TS Gift Card, click on the menu tab 'Redeem'
Teams can access the customer profile associated with the purchased gift card from the Redemption Dashboard.
At the point of redemption or balance request, the customer is required to share details of their Gift Card with the hotel, including:
The 10-digit Gift Card Number
The 5-digit secret PIN Number
This can be found on the e-mail notification sent to the recipient of the Gift Card, which would either be a Monetary or Experiences Gift Card.

Redemption of Monetary TS Gift Cards
From the 'Select Storefront' drop-down menu, select the storefront associated with the sale of the gift card.
Card Type: Select if Experiences or Monetary. (Experiences Gift Cards can only be redeemed once and for the full value of the product experience, whereas monetary Gift Cards can support partial redemption)
Card Number: Enter the 10-digit TS Gift Card's serial number
PIN: Enter the customer's 5- 5-digit PIN number
Please note: If your store setup disables the use of PIN numbers, you can ignore the need to enter one for redemption.
Currency: Select the currency of the Gift Card to be redeemed
Amount: Enter the redeemed amount
Click 'Submit'
Redemption of Experiences TS Gift Cards
From the 'Select Storefront' drop-down menu, select the storefront associated with the sale of the gift card.
Card Type: Select if Experiences or Monetary. (Experiences Gift Cards can only be redeemed once and for the full value of the product experience, whereas monetary Gift Cards can support partial redemption)
Card Number: Enter the 10-digit TS Gift Card's serial number
PIN: Enter the customer's 5- 5-digit PIN number

SKU: Enter the SKU number of the Experiences product.
Please Note: For Experience Gift Cards, use the SKU product number instead of a currency value. Retrieve the SKU number while checking the balance of the Experience Gift Card. During the balance check, you can choose to 'Redeem' which will automatically fill in the gift card number, PIN, and SKU number in the redemption fields.
Click 'Submit'
A popup window will appear with the Gift Card explaining that the card in question has been redeemed.
