Log into the front-desk user dashboard with the authorised concierge or front desk credentials. To check the gift card balance from the storefront please scroll down to Section 2 : below.
Section 1: To learn how to log into the Redemption Dashboard please click on the button below:
From the dashboard, click on the menu tab 'Check Balance'
And the below text input field will appear:
Please enter the 10-digit TS gift card number that is found on the e-mail of the recipient in the 'Card Number' text field.
Next, enter the 5-digit PIN code, also supplied with the email recipient notification and then click 'Submit'.
Please Note: If your store setup has been configured to disable the PIN number, then you can disregard entering a PIN number for the balance check
The resulting popup window will result like the example below. If it is an experience gift card, it will have an SKU number associated with the product, otherwise, a monetary gift card will have the associated monetary value of the gift card. The window will also state if the card is redeemable (ie not already been redeemed) and if it is valid or deactivated.
Section 2: On the front end website scroll to the bottom with the footer link and click 'Check gift card balance'
Enter the gift card number and pin number into the space provided:
Click the check box 'Im not a robot', before clicking 'Check Balance', for the resulting window.
