The 'Email Configuration' of your storefront can be set using the text field templates, available.
Please note: This is not for the more preferred Amazon SES email configurations for your storefront. For more information on SES Emails please click on the button below:
From the main Admin CMS, navigate and click on 'Stores' on the left hand menu column.
Then choose which storefront you wish to configure the email notifications. By clicking on the blue hyperlink store name to open up the storefront configuration as in the below window.
Click the 'Email Configuration' tab to open up the text configuration windows below.
Confirmation Notification:
Add your email Title, Description and Contact info. The template will then add the storefront logo, order summary, order number, date and total amount.
It will also include the Shipping address, followed by the order details.
The text fields are html friendly, therefore allowing greater customisation of your order confirmation
Vendor Notification :
This template like the order confirmation is sent to the vendor associated with the product that has been purchased, informing the vendor to process and fulfil the order.
Add any customised text to the notification to be sent to the vendor. It includes the order number in which the Vendor will need to identify the order in the Vendor dashboard, along with the description and details for the order fulfilment.
Shipping Notification:
As in the previous two templates, shipping notification allows you to customise the title, description and additional notes, whilst adding the shipping address details, order description and also includes any courier tracking details, that allows the client to be able to track and follow the shippingment.
Shipping notification gets sent as soon as the 'Mark as Fulfilled' button in the vendor dashboard is clicked following a successful order fulfilment.
To finish, click the 'Save' button which will save email templates for use
