From the main Admin CMS, navigate and click on 'Stores' on the left hand menu column.
Then choose which storefront you wish to create the ses email templates, by clicking on that 'Email Config' blue hyperlink, on the right hand side
This will then open the ses email template configuration dashboard as in the example below.
Each email template tab provides an HTML subject header and body in which to build your email template.
Tabs available to build your templates are the following:
Order Confirmation Customer - This is the order confirmation of all products and services purchased from the platform and sent to the purchasers email provided at checkout.
Order Confirmation Vendor - This is the order confirmation of all products and services purchased from the platform that is relevant to the Vendor for physical fulfilment and for their records. Only the Vendors products and services will be highlighted.
Regular Shipment - This is the email notification sent to the purchaser to inform that the order has been successfully shipped to its delivery address.
Voucher Sender - This is the email notification sent to the email address used by the voucher purchaser and sender.
Voucher Recipient - This is the digital voucher notification sent to the email address of the recipient.
TS Gift Card Monetary - This is the digital email notification sent to the email address of the recipient of a TS monetary gift card.
TS Gift Card Experiences - This is the digital email notification sent to the email address of the recipient of a TS Experiences gift card.
Customer Forget Password - This is the email notification sent to the email address of the person who has selected 'Forgot Password' link for their personal account login page.
Givex Recipient Email - This is the digital notification sent to the email recipient of a digital givex gift card.
Order Tag Added - This is the digital notification that is sent to the intimation email added in order tag settings, when that particular order tag is added to an order.
Order Tag Removed - This is the digital notification that is sent to the intimation email added in order tag settings, when that particular order tag is removed from an order.
Givex Recipient SMS - This is the digital notification sent as sms to the recipients phone number of a givex gift card.
TS Gift Card Monetary SMS - This is the digital notification sent as sms to the recipients phone number of TS monetary gift card.
TS Gift Card Experiences SMS - This is the digital notification sent as sms to the recipients phone number of TS Experiences gift card.
Once you have uploaded the HTML file in the relevant tab, finish by clicking the button 'Submit' at the bottom of the sheet to upload the file.
