How to add an Operator

Learn how to add an operator to subsequently acquire a confidential operator PIN for the activities usage of the TS Gift Card smartphone app

This training guide is for once the TS Front desk user has already been created. To learn how to create a TS front desk user please click on the button below:

The operators are only available on the Version 2 redemption dashboard and the TS smartphone app.

Each operator will also need to be associated with a department first, therefore in order to learn how to first add departments, please click on the button below:

From the main CMS sub-user profile, navigate to and click on the 'TS Gifts Curate' menu tab to open up the TS gift card dashboard.

Next click on the menu tab 'TS Front Desk Users' to open up the user dashboard with a list of all previously created TS Front Desk Users.

Click on the blue hyperlink FD user name that you would like to create operators, that will open up the configuration window of that FD user.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page to chose from the drop down menu, the Stores for the Version 2 redemption dashboard and app.

Next click on the department from the drop down menu, followed by clicking the 'Allow Operator' check box, and then clicking on the '+Add New Operator' button.

This will open up the following configuration window for operators.

Enter the name of the operator. You can add multiple operators per department before clicking on the 'Save' button. (Please NOTE! you will need to re-enter the password each time you add a new operator and click 'save'!!)

Once the configuration has been saved, you will have to go back into the 'TS Front Desk User' dashboard and click on the same user to open up and find the operator PIN number as in the window below.
