‘Create Per-Line-Item Adjustment’ - adds the promotional rules to single product within checkout order.
‘Create Line Items’ - adds the promotional rules to single product variant within checkout order with quantity.

Adjustment Actions: Percent per item and flat rate will have an amount bar associated in which to add an amount, whereas flexible rate will not.
‘Create line item’ will only have a quantity of variant associated to be added.
Adding ‘Free Shipping’ will have no adjustments, only that it applies to shipping methods to incur no cost at the checkout.
Bin Codes: Choosing bin codes allows one to create promotional codes that are automatically applied and are associated to specific bank card numbers that are entered by the end user at the time of payment.
Begin by clicking on ‘Add Bin’ and selecting which storefront in ‘Store’ they will be applied.
Next add the ‘Bin Code’ card number associated with the type of bank card issuer, eg Mastercard, Visa, America Express etc.
