Navigate in the main Admin CMS, on the left hand side down to the menu tab 'Corporate Order'.

Please check user permission levels with your administrator for access to the corporate order menu tab.

Clicking on the menu tab will open up the listed previously created corporate orders window. To create a new corporate order click on the top right hand side button - 'Create New Order' that will open up the configuration window.

The corporate order requires a template, which can be downloaded by clicking on the download template file button which will save a .csv file on your computer. Use the template to fill in all the details of the corporate order before saving and using the 'Upload CSV File' option by clicking the 'Choose File' button and selecting the saved .csv file.

Please NOTE!!

· Make sure the SKU is the correct product sku you wish to upload. For Excel use a ' sign in front of the '0' to make the sku appear in the cell. eg '023563

· If a product has variants, it’s mandatory to include the variant SKU along with the master variant SKU.

· Only digital and physical product types are allowed for Corporate orders. (TS Digital & Givex Digital)
Please make sure all the elements entered are positioned on the RIGHT hand side of the cell as in the example above!

· If there is no variant then only the product SKU should be included in the file and variant SKU column will be empty in this case.

· Recipient details must be accurate.

· Add the Gift card value and its quantity

· Products, payment method, shipping category/method, valid CSV, TS credentials/Givex Credentials and email template are the responsibility of user(client/sub-client)
