If you need to retrieve gift card details including the full gift card number and PIN number for the redemption of the gift card.
In the main Admin CMS, navigate and click on the orders menu tab on the left hand side of the dashboard.
To open up an order into the order detail page, please click on the blue hyper link 9-digit Order reference ID number starting with 'R*********' .
Next navigate to the top right hand side of the order detail to the blue 'Download Gift Card Details' button to donwload the gift card details as a .csv file directly to your laptop or computer.
You will need the master password to open the file in order to retrieve the gift card details, which can be found in the 'Account Information' tab in 'Settings', or contact the master admin for information on access the master password.
