Before Custom Variants may be added to your product creation page, the 'Option Type' that links to the variant will first need to be created and configured in 'Settings' tab in the main admin CMS.

For more information on how to add 'Option Types' please click on the button below:

Following on from the creation of option types in settings, the variant types will be available for selection in 'Create Product' .

As soon as you check the check box of the individual Option type you wish to add, a blue '+Add New Variant' box will appear. Clicking on the button will then add the below configuration window for the variant.

You may select multiple checkboxes of option types in which it will add the various variants in connection together with the ability to add Price, Inventory, Recommended Retail Price, and Sku.

The drop down menu tabs will have the option types that have been previously created in settings under 'Option Types'.

Once this has been completed and the rest of the create product has been uploaded and saved, the variants will appear for the product on the website.

For custom variants attached to images, the option types will first need to be created and then in the product detail page once the custom variants have been added, you will first need to save the product after also uploading the images., before attaching the images to the variants.

Next click back into the product page in question, scroll down to the images and then from the Variant Image drop down menu select the correct variant with the image associated.

The name of the Variant Image will be that which is loaded in the SKU window of the Custom Variants file above the images.
