In order to create a GiveX gift card within the dashboard you will need to access the GiveX dashboard in the main admin CMS, navigate and click on the left hand menu tab - GiveX Cards
This will open up the GiveX Gift Card dashboard as in the example below:
Next navigate to the top right hand side and click on the 'Create GiveX Card' which will open up the configuration window below.
Begin by selecting from the drop menu, the storefront, you wish this digital GiveX gift Card will be associated.
Select the Currency and the Gift Card Value. Next select the mode of delivery, ie if by e-mail or by sms.
Next add the recipient First and Last name in each of the text fields.
Followed by entering the recipients e-mail address where a notification will be sent of the gift card email template.
Add your white listed email address that will appear in the 'From' field to the recipient.
You have the ability to add an invoice or reference label in the Invoice ID field.
Lastly, you have the ability to add a personalised gift card message that will appear on the recipient email notification.
Finish by clicking on the 'Save' button, to save the configuration, and trigger the email recipient gift card notification, as well as register the GiveX gift card in the GiveX dashboard.
