There are two sections in which to create automatic scheduled reporting. 1. In Stores and 2. In Settings.

In Stores in the main Admin CMS, If you would like to have complete Sales and Analytical date reporting sent to a schedule, navigate and click first on the 'Stores' section of the left hand menu tabs.
Then click on the hyperlink storefront name, of the Store that you would like to create the reporting, which will open up the below table of menu configuration menus. Next click on the 'Reports' tab to showcase the reporting tables that have or about to be created.
2. In 'Settings'. Navigate and click on the settings menu tab and then navigate to the menu 'Schedule Reports'.
To add a new scheduled report, click on '+Add New Report' which will open up the below configuration table.
Begin by selecting from the menu tab, the type of report needed. Choose from the following:
Sales ( Including PII )
Sales ( Excluding PII )
Gift Cards ( Including PII )
Gift Cards ( Excluding PII )
Gift Card Transactions
Gift Card Liability ( Including PII )
Gift Card Liability ( Excluding PII )
Next Choose the schedule time of the report between, 'Once a day' ,'Once a week' or 'Once a month'
Then Choose when the report will need to be generated from, ie from the beginning of the month or the last time the report was generated.
You will then have the opportunity in the 'Report to' fields (including 'Report CC' in confidence email field) e-mail addresses that are comma separated between multiple email addresses.
Afterwards add a password that will be needed in order to access the downloaded reports that have been sent to the email addresses added.
Lastly, in the storefront dropdown menu, choose the store that will contribute all the data concluded for the scheduled reporting.
When all the fields are completed, finish the report by clicking 'Save Reports'
PS: If you wish to delete an already created report, use the ' Delete Report' that will be listed in the Reports dashboard.
