TS Gift Cards can be topped-up from the Techsembly App using the credentials that will be shared with you by your Account Manager. The Techsembly App can be downloaded from the Apple App Store.
Login Page
After downloading the app onto your smartphone and entering your user credentials in the required fields, continue by clicking the ‘Login’ button.
Home Screen & QR Scanner
Two options are available in order to capture the Gift Card Number, either by entering the number manually into the text field or using the ‘Scan Gift Card’ option which allows you to use your smart device camera to capture the QR code on the Gift Card.
(Please note: 'Scan' is only enabled on smartphones or on iPads)
If the Gift Card comes with a PIN, enter the PIN here. Not all Gift Cards require a PIN so if the Gift Card does not display a PIN number, you may proceed without a PIN.
On the card details page, you will be presented the status of the Gift Card. If the Gift Card is Active, you will be given the options to:
Redeem
Top Up

To top-up a Gift Card, select Top Up and enter the Top Up amount into the field provided.
To complete the Top Up, confirm your Operator ID from the dropdown and enter your Operator PIN.
If the base currency of the Gift Card is different from the Property base currency, a pop-up will appear showing the exchange rate and service fee for the transaction, including the Top Up value in the base currency.
Click ‘Submit’ to confirm.
Choose the method of Top-Up:
Either choose from 'Onsite Payment' or 'Customer Payment' from the menu window in the example below.
1. Onsite Payment
Clicking on this link will result in the following URL client link opening in your browser as in the example below that will allow a Cash on Delivery payment to be made at the cashier's desk with a text field to enter in the invoice number for internal reconciliation.
2. Customer Payment
Clicking the second option of customer payment will open up the below window.
Choosing 'Send top up link' and clicking Submit will initiate the following sequences of windows for customer details.
Please enter the customer's phone country code and phone number.
The Customer will receive a text message with a link to a webpage to confirm their payment details to complete the transaction.
3. Top Up via QR code
By clicking this option, you will be presented with a QR code that is to be scanned by the client’s smartphone camera. The QR code will redirect the client to a page on their device where they can input their payment details to complete payment.
The QR URL opens up a URL link, should any issues arise with the QR code caption. Once finish capturing, you have the ability to return to the app home screen by clicking 'Back to Home'.
Once a successful top-up payment has been made, a Success page will be shown, stating that the top-up has been made successfully.
Upon completion of the transaction, the guest may wish to enter their email address(es) to dispatch a copy of the transaction details. To enter multiple email addresses, separate with a comma.
