How to set-up Account Information

Manage and edit your account information, including updating your password.

The account information is initially provided during the account setup, and therefore the setting has all the available information to make editions and corrections.
To access the Account information page please navigate from the main home page of the CMS on the left-hand menu to the bottom where you will find: 'Settings' > 'Account Information', with the follow menu tab upon clicking.

Customise your account according to the following fields.

Account Name: This is the main admin account name, fill in accordingly.
Min images required for product: add the minimum number of images that are required for the create product page.
Zone Based Stores: Only for zone-based linked storefronts.
​Allow Brand Follow: Only for Business-to-Business wholesale marketplaces with multiple brands.
​Auto Approve Products: Select if you wish to omit ability to approve/disprove products before posting to the front end website, after they have been created.

Show Gift Card Checking this box, means that gift cards are shown within the reporting

Show Gift Card Digits Checking this box means that the gift cards displayed in the reporting show all the numbers of the gift card.

Update Password: Check this box to create a new password field to update your password.

Reporting Currency

From the dropdown, select the currency you would like your sales reports to be displayed in. Upon changing your reporting currency, any previous reporting data will be lost.

Sales Report Password

Provide a password in order to access the finance reports.

Logo: Upload your account logo for the CMS dashboard, in .jpeg, .png or .svg format, by clicking β€˜Choose File’ in order to select logo from source.

TS Email, Password & URL:

Add credentials for the main account TS gift card offering. Storefront credentials still exist at the storefront level.

Twilio From Phone Number Enter the telephone number that will be displayed for TS gift cards being sent as an SMS to the recipient.

Customer Support Email Enter in the email address that will be available in the 'Get Help' cms tech support button for clients to use to reach customer support.

Time Zone Enter in the time zone of your storefront, used against for all operations that require a time field.

From Reporting Address Enter the email address that will be displayed in the 'From' field for all reporting.

Exchange Rates:

Use the check box to allow the exchange rate table to be updated automatically, via a schedule of your choosing, using the drop down menu bar of 'Once a Day, Once a Week, Once a Month'. Default option is to NOT automatically update.

Embedded Widgets:

Developer integration of one or more widgets

Required Fields For Product: This menu allows one to check boxes that mandate obligatory fields during the uploading of products.

Note - Product Name, Vendor SKU, Website, Product Price, Sale, Shipping Category, Categories are all compulsory fields.

Click 'Save' when completed.
