In the main Admin CMS dashboard and Under Products > Product Approval, view your dashboard, with a list of all the products that have been uploaded into the dahboard.
Products under pending approval will be tagged in red, signalling 'Pending'.
Once a product uploaded has been checked and agreed by the main admin user, click on the left of the product, either multi-check or select one checkbox at a time.
Once all products 'pending' that need to be approved are checked, a box will appear above the list of products like below: with a Status drop box change.
You will then have the ability to either 'Delete' (which means the product is loaded into an archived list in which can be retrieved it at a later date) or 'Approve' or 'Change Status' (meaning move from Approved to Pending)
Move to the curser to the desired state and click on 'Apply' , at which point you will be prompted with a pop up window, that applies to the status you have selected eg. Approve!
Once you click 'Ok' one or all of the products check boxes that were checked will have their status changed to the required status and the Pending or Approved status for that individual Product will be updated.
Disable product to 'Pending'
Alternatively, if you want to remove a product from the website, you may check the box against a product that is in 'approved' and then use the status bar at the top and click on 'Change Status' and then click 'Apply'.
You will be prompted with the message below to confirm by clicking 'OK'
PLEASE NOTE!! Make sure that any product being disabled is not linked on any home page or product carrousel as removing the product will disable and break the link leaving a broken link page on the website.
