Once a customer has placed an order on the website, you will be alerted with a Vendor email notification in your inbox.
To fulfil orders, please follow the following simple steps:
1. Log in to your Vendor / Teams dashboard, go to Orders > Open Orders ( as in above example) or in All Orders ( as in below example) showing all the orders both open and already fulfilled as in 'Shipped'
2. Find the relevant order using Order ID, as stated in the email notification. Alternatively, the orders are placed in chronological order with the latest order being place at the top of the list of orders, with the filter bar at the top of the page able to be used to search relevant orders , by Order ID, Customer E-mail, Date stamps or the order status field.
3. Click on the Order ID to view order details.
4. Once you have clicked into the Order ID, you will see a page as shown below:
A internal notes section is available for the use of physical fulfilments or any other notes relevant to the order. Add commentary in the text field provided, and afterwards click 'Add Notes'. Once a note is added, the add notes button will change to 'Edit Notes', which allows the possibility to edit notes that have already been aded.
These notes will also be added in reporting, available for download.
5. The 'Generate Invoice' button allows you, to open up a separate PDF file that can be sent via email as a sales invoice of the order or filed doe internal use.
6. The 'Send Email' button can be used to resend all the email notifications including confirmation order email, Recipient Email and Shipped email notification to the registered purchasers email and recipient email of the order in question.
7. Change the order status from Select Status to Processing when physically fulfilling the order with selecting Ready as a final state before sending the order via courier. When 'Ready' is selected a 'Mark as Fulfilled' button will appear. Use this button to add the shipping courier tracking number.
8. The shipping details of the order will be added at the bottom of the order
The 'Shipping Method' labelled is the chosen by the client purchaser, whilst the 'Internal' shipping method is an indication for the person who is fulfilling the order with the shipping cost paid at the checkout.
'Shipped on' appear when the mark as fulfilled button is clicked and submitted to trigger the shipped email notification to the purchasers email address.
9. After updating the order status, click ‘Generate Shipping Labels’, which will open another tab on your browser to show you a .pdf shipping label that looks like this:
The sheet will provide shipping labels that may be cut out and used on the courier parcel to ship physical fulfilment orders, whilst the top half can be used for your own internal inventory audit and management.
To identify which shipping method to use for this order, please refer to the box in the top right corner which will showcase the shipping option you have set-up (i.e: via Physical Shipping)
Once shipped, please input the tracking URL and tracking ID into the Tracking no. box as such:
Courier – Tracking ID
e.g. FedEx – US12345678A
Then click on ‘Mark as Fulfilled’ to submit, which will automatically send the customer a shipment notification email to inform them that their order is on its way!
Physical Gift Card Fulfilment Emails:
Following a Gift Card purchase, the vendor and customer will be sent an order confirmation email.
Once the order has been fulfilled and the order has been ‘Marked as Shipped', a shipment notification email will be sent to the customer.

Digital Gift Card
Digital Gift Card fulfilment is automatic. The vendor and the customer will receive an order confirmation email.
The Gift Card recipient will receive their digital gift card with PIN and validity date.
The recipient will not see any reference of the price for Experiences e.g. Afternoon Tea for two, but will see the price for a Monetary Gift Card.
Once an order has been fulfilled, the order will be stored under 'Archived Orders' for future referencing or auditing.
