To create a new local store/property under your brand, first navigate and click on the 'Stores' menu in the main dashboard. On the top right hand side, click on 'Add New Store' which will open up the following store menu.
Enter store name that will appear as your storefront.
Enter store code, a unique identifier for internal use (e.g. BKK, JP etc)
Enter a short description of the storefront that helps distinguish between other stores. Use space bar to add a blank space if not needed.
Is Swatches, with the drop down 'Yes' or 'No' allows you to add different 'swatches' in the product list to identify products with variations, eg 'colour' or 'size'
Enter local store e-mail address for outbound communications
Enter e-mail address used to receive communications. Multiple e-mails may be added using a comma to separate
Enter an additional e-mail address to receive a copy of communications using the B.C.C for non-disclosure of the email.
Connect the new store to your brand's domain, using the Regenerate button to apply newly generated DNS records for that domain. Please make sure your domain is registered and has updated DNS records from the domain server.
If you would like to enable 'www.' as part of your domain, check this box. Otherwise, your domain will be presented as naked root domain. eg: yourdomain.com
Select the default currency of the local storefront. Supported currencies can be added in settings tab under 'Supported Currencies'
Select Shipping Methods. To set up shipping methods, configure under in 'Settings' menu beforehand, under the 'Shipping Methods'
Select the countries the local storefront will be able to ship products and services, using the 'Select All' tab for ease of use for all countries or to deselect accordingly.
Select the associated tax zones which will first need to be set up in the 'Tax Zone' tab in the 'Settings' menu.
Check 'Enable Client Default' tax if you wish to have a default tax setup for the store.
Select the default tax zone for the local storefront. Set up the tax zone under 'Tax Zone' tab in the 'Settings' menu.
Enter store page title
Enter store meta description. This will appear as the description when displayed in search engines, and helps with S.E.O (Search Engine Optimisation)
Enter meta keywords. These tags will let search engines identify which keywords are relevant to your website.
Image Meta, like meta keywords helps with S.E.O (Search Engine Optimisation), the first being used for category image and the second for the homepage image
Enter the store's SEO title, which will be displayed in the results when searched.
A carousel of images (displaying selected products and services) will be displayed on your store's landing page. Configure the carousel's spacing between each image here as a value of pixels.
Enter maximum image width and height as a value of pixels
Included in Tax Label refers to the text that appears in the front end for included in price tax label.
additional Tax Label refers to the text that appears for additional text as a label in the checkout phase,
Google Site Verification Tag helps identify the storefront for google analytics.
Currency Formatter - check this box if you have a large product price that includes comma separators.
Check if you would like to enable Google Translator plug-in on your website.
Enable 'Ask from Seller' allow the client to opportunity from the website to message the product seller directly.
Check the Vendor box is the storefront is also the master vendor.
Check the box if the storefront will be connected with your MailChimp account. Further details will be configured in the Storefront settings tab under 'Mailchimp Settings'
Check the box for Ses Emails if you would prefer to have Amazon ses email configuration that allows the configuration of e-mail html template design.
Checkout flow Version 2 is for a separate checkout that allows 'Buy Now' feature and is used mostly for gift card products.
