Navigation using your web browser to the url: https://accounts.techsembly.com/ to open up the login page.
Next enter in your redemption user login credentials and click 'Login'
From the main menu, navigate and click on the menu tab 'Redeem' to open up the redemption page.
Its important to note that the web browser version of the redemption dashboard does NOT allow the 'Scan gift card' feature to be used to scan the QR code so therefore the manual enter gift card space will need to be used for the redemption process.
Enter the full gift card number before clicking 'Submit' then proceed to enter the gift card PIN number to continue the process. If you organisations requirements do not require a gift card pin number then please proceed clicking 'Proceed Without PIN'
The following page will display the details of the gift card, including if the card is 'Active' and the remaining balance to be redeemed, the expiry date and if the gift card type is either monetary or experiences gift card.
Please proceed with the value amount to be redeemed if monetary gift card or the product sku in the drop down to be selected for experience gift card before clicking 'Submit'.
Please Note: there is a custom 'Transaction Note' available to add any details about redemption that will be recorded in the Ts Gift Curate dashboard as well as reporting.
Next, choose from the drop-down menu the pre-registered selected operator and the associated required 5 digit PIN number, before clicking 'Submit'
A successful redemption page will result, with the ability to be able to email a transaction record to one or numerous email addresses entered by clicking on
'Email Transaction Details' and clicking 'Submit'
